Jordi Damià is a professor of business strategy and director of various digital transformation programs at various international universities. He combines his teaching activity with the Management of Setesca, a consulting firm created by him in 2007, a leader in strategic and digital transformation projects, computer services and headhunting. He is an international advisor to companies in competitiveness, change management and innovation, has been a member of advisory councils and a member of management committees in important companies in different sectors since 1995 and has been a counselor in several scientific institutions in Spain as well as Manager of the University from Barcelona. Damià is a specialist in advanced training in innovation, competitiveness and digital transformation and in effectively and realistically adapting and improving business strategy, having collaborated with some of the most important companies in Spain.
